This is a draft for my contents page, I made the contents page on Photoshop instead of using publisher as I am much more familiar with the program I think I will use Photoshop for all my final pieces as I found it much more productive and easier to accomplish the style I wanted, I did it as double page spread with the intention of making it look more it artistic and stylish; but by doing this I only created more work for my self I think using a similar style in my final piece but making in a single page will make the page much stronger as there is a lot of negative unused space at the moment. My favourite part of the contents page is the images at the bottom with the corresponding page numbers I think that part works really well but if I only used a signal page spread there would only be room for about three of the images which could possibly spoil the effect of the images as a series. I am still unsure about the text within the piece, I wanted a text that made the contents page seem quite stylish and smart but I think that the text I used was a little to cliché and made the contents page look like I was tiring to hard to be stylish and sophisticated, I think I will use one simple font throughout because I think it is not so much the style of the font but what the font says that is important.
I wanted the contents page to look quite simplistic and minimalist the way I went about creating this by leaving large areas of negative space, but the problem was instead of the contents page looking simplistic it just looked empty for this reason there will really only be one key feature coming from this draft contents page and that will be the layout of images at the bottom of the page.
